Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and vveb.top. Read them before you create an account.

Last updated: 18-Oct-2026

1. The agreement

vveb.top (the "service") is run by Syed Ahmed, a sole proprietor trading as vveb.top, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use the service for a company or a team, you confirm that you can bind it, and "you" then includes it.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms work together with the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

2. Who can use it, and your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.
  • Give accurate details and keep them current, including a working email address.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your sign-in and your workspace, including by members you add and keys you create.
  • Keep your sign-in methods and API keys secret. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
  • One person uses each sign-in. Do not share a login between people.

3. The service

vveb.top shortens links, redirects visitors, opens links in a visitor's real browser when they tap from a supported social app, records click statistics, and provides QR codes, collections and a dashboard. Some parts, such as developer tools, open in stages and may be labelled Coming soon, beta or preview.

The hand-off from a social app to a real browser depends on how Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and other apps behave. Those companies can change their apps at any time, and when they do the hand-off may work less well or stop. We try to keep up, but we do not promise that it works in every app, on every phone or for every visitor.

We improve and change the service all the time. We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on from a paid plan in a way that matters, we will tell you ahead of it where we reasonably can.

4. Where the service is offered

We offer vveb.top only where we can do so lawfully and with a reasonable burden. Some places have online content, data, consumer or licensing laws that we cannot meet at our size. We may decide not to serve a country, a state or a region, whether or not we have named it, and we may change that decision at any time.

In those places we may refuse a sign-up, block access, disable links that lead to or from them, or close an account. You must not use the service where the law forbids it, or from a country or by a person under a sanction that applies to us. If you travel or move to such a place, you are responsible for stopping your use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use vveb.top to create or share a link that:

  • leads to phishing, a scam, fraud or a page that impersonates a person, brand or service;
  • sells or promotes counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons, or anything else that is illegal to sell where you or the visitor live;
  • contains or promotes pornography, nudity meant to arouse, erotic content, escort or sexual services, or dating or hook-up services built on sexual content, even with an adult-only warning;
  • runs gambling, betting, lotteries or real-money games, or sells alcohol, tobacco, vaping products or prescription medicine;
  • promotes an unregistered investment, crypto, forex or trading scheme, a pyramid or chain scheme, or a guaranteed-return offer;
  • sells or offers forged documents, stolen data, hacking services, or fake reviews and followers;
  • promotes hatred of, or violence against, people for their religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability, or mocks a faith in a way meant to insult its followers;
  • promotes self-harm, human trafficking, animal cruelty or cruelty to people;
  • breaks a sanctions or export law that applies to you or to us;
  • delivers malware, spyware or anything that harms a device or a network;
  • sends spam, or supports unsolicited bulk messaging;
  • leads to content that is illegal where you or the visitor live, including content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violence, or infringes someone's intellectual property;
  • harasses, threatens or doxxes a person;
  • hides its true destination in order to deceive, for example by chaining redirects to evade a blocklist; or
  • tries to get around a block, a limit or a disabled link we put in place.

Do not probe, overload or attack the service, scrape it, resell it without our written agreement, or use the escape feature to push visitors into a page that you have misdescribed.

6. How we enforce these rules

We do not read your links in advance. We act on reports, on our own checks, and on requests from authorities. Where a link or domain breaks these terms, or we have reason to think it does, we may:

  • disable the link, so visitors see a page that says it was disabled and no clicks are recorded;
  • block a domain and all its subdomains, which also disables existing links to it;
  • suspend or close the workspace; and
  • report the matter to the authorities or to the affected party where the law allows or requires.

A workspace cannot switch a link that we disabled back on. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@vveb.top with the short link and we will look again. Anyone can report a link from the page it shows, or by email.

7. Reports, takedowns and our role

vveb.top is an intermediary. You choose the destinations, and we do not create, edit or review them. We act when we learn of a problem.

How to complain. Write to support@vveb.top with the short link, what is wrong, and, for a claim about intellectual property, who owns the right, how the link infringes it and how to reach you. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 15 days. We may disable a link while we look into it.

Grievance officer. Syed Ahmed, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Email support@vveb.top.

Repeat problems. We close the workspace of anyone who keeps creating links that break these terms. We may tell the link owner who complained, and we may share a workspace's details with the authorities when the law requires it.

8. Plans, limits and what happens when a plan ends

Free. A Free workspace has up to 10 links and 1,000 counted clicks each calendar month (UTC). Some short link lengths are reserved for Pro, and we decide which. Passing the click cap does not stop redirects. It stops further clicks from being recorded until the next month.

Pro. On the Pro plan, a workspace has no link limit and no click cap, and can use the shorter lengths. Pro lasts until its paid-until date.

When Pro ends. We show a reminder in the dashboard about seven days ahead. The reminder is a courtesy, and missing it does not extend your plan. After the date there is a grace period of 3 days. If you have not renewed by then, the workspace moves to Free. If it holds more than 10 links, the links over the limit are paused: the 10 with the most clicks in the previous 30 days stay live (the older link wins a tie), and you can swap which ones stay live. A paused link shows a page that says it is paused and records no clicks. Nothing is deleted. Paying again resumes every paused link.

We may change the limits or the Free plan for new and existing workspaces. We will give notice in the dashboard or by email before a change reduces what a Free workspace has.

9. Payment

  • Pro is prepaid. A monthly payment adds 30 days. A yearly payment adds 365 days. An early payment adds to the time you have left.
  • You pay by UPI, PayPal or Skydo, using the details on the Go Pro screen. The payment services operate under their own terms. We do not take or store card numbers.
  • We confirm each payment by hand. Pro starts when we approve it, not when you pay.
  • Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
  • Prices are shown in INR and USD and may change for future payments. Taxes, such as GST or VAT, are added where the law requires and are shown before you pay.
  • We do not refund unused time as a rule. If you paid by mistake or paid twice, write to support@vveb.top within 7 days and we will review it. Nothing in these terms limits a refund right that the law gives you.

10. Your links and your content

You keep ownership of what you put into vveb.top: your destinations, titles, collections and the like. You give us a licence to store, process and show it so we can run the service for you, for example to redirect a visitor to your destination.

You are responsible for your links and for the pages they point to, and for the privacy notices and lawful grounds you need for the visitors you send through them. You promise that you have the rights you need and that your links follow the law and these terms. We are not a party to anything between you and your visitors, and we do not check or endorse the pages your links point to.

11. Our rights

The service, its design, the vveb.top name and logo, and Vee the spider belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service. They do not give you any ownership of it. Parts of the software are open source and stay under their own licences.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

12. Availability and support

We work to keep vveb.top fast and online, and the status page shows its health. There is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement and no service credit for downtime, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may pause it for maintenance. We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at Cloudflare or Google, a network failure, a change in a social app, a government order, or a natural disaster. Support comes by email at support@vveb.top, and the help centre covers common questions.

13. Other services

vveb.top relies on other services, including Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Google Firebase for sign-in, and payment services for Pro. They have their own terms. We are not responsible for them, or for the pages your links point to.

14. Termination

You can stop using vveb.top at any time. To delete your workspace and its data, write to support@vveb.top from your sign-in email.

We can suspend or close a workspace at once if it breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or if we are required by law. Otherwise, we will give you reasonable notice. If we close a workspace for breaking these terms, we do not refund unused Pro time. We may keep records that the law or a pending report requires, and we may share them with the authorities. When a workspace closes, its links stop working. We delete its data as the privacy policy describes. Sections that by their nature continue, such as ownership, liability and governing law, stay in force.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, fit for a particular purpose or free of interruption. Statistics are estimates: bots, blockers, caching and network conditions affect what is counted. We do not promise that a link opens in a visitor's real browser, that a visitor buys, or that a link ranks, converts or avoids a block by a third party such as a social app, a browser or a security filter.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. If you paid us nothing in the 12 months before the first claim arose, as on the Free plan, our total liability to you is nil. If you paid us, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. If a claim comes from your use

You will cover our reasonable costs and losses from a third-party claim that arises from your links, your content or your breach of these terms. We will tell you about the claim promptly. You may run the defence with counsel you choose, and we will cooperate at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us or limits our rights without our written consent.

18. Governing law and disputes

The laws of India govern these terms.

Talk first. Before you start a formal proceeding, write to support@vveb.top and give us 30 days to resolve the matter with you.

Arbitration. If the matter is not resolved, any dispute that arises from these terms or the service goes to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. One arbitrator hears the case. The seat and venue are Hyderabad, India. The language is English. The award binds both sides.

Courts. The courts at Hyderabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction over interim relief, enforcing an award, and any claim that cannot go to arbitration. Nothing here removes a right that the consumer protection law of your country gives you and that you cannot waive.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a change that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the law or an urgent safety need requires a faster change. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can close your workspace.

20. General

These terms, with the privacy and cookie policies, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. Help pages, the roadmap, the home page, support replies and the dashboard give information. They are not promises or guarantees unless these terms say so. A feature that appears on the roadmap may change or never ship. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer our rights if we sell or reorganise the service. We give notices by email or in the dashboard, and you can write to us at support@vveb.top. Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms. If this page exists in more than one language, the English version governs.
